With the development of society, the applications of various high‑voltage and large‑capacity transformers have increased significantly. Among them, oil‑immersed power transformers use radiators to lower the temperature rise of transformer oil. Existing radiators are composed of multiple fins, with interconnected oil chambers formed between the fins. During transformer operation, heated oil flows into the oil chambers within the fins for heat dissipation, and the cooled oil returns to the coil‑immersed oil tank.

However, the current radiator design is not reasonable. The upper oil collecting pipe is a Z‑shaped conduit, and its front end has a large space, which makes it inconvenient to secure the radiator during transportation. This can easily cause damage to the fins, rendering the entire radiator unusable and increasing product costs.
