Box-Type Substation Enclosures
Box-type substation enclosures integrate the transformer core, high-voltage load switches, fuses, and other components within the transformer oil tank. Due to oil immersion, component volume is significantly reduced, resulting in a compact structure and convenient installation. The fully insulated and sealed design offers ease of operation and maintenance-free performance.
European-Type Enclosures: Constructed from Aluzinc steel sheets with a frame using standard container materials and processes, ensuring 20-year corrosion protection. Sandwich panels use high-quality insulation materials, enabling normal operation in harsh environments from –40°C to +40°C. Full station intelligent design supports “four-remote” functions (telemetry, telesignaling, telecontrol, and teleadjustment), meeting unmanned substation requirements. All equipment is factory-installed and pre-commissioned, reducing on-site installation to approximately 5–8 days.
American-Type Enclosures: Compact footprint, easy placement and concealment, harmonizing with community environments. Integrates high-voltage reception, transformer step-down, and low-voltage distribution in a rust-proof, dust-proof, rodent-proof, anti-theft, insulated, fully enclosed, and mobile steel structure enclosure.
Huabian-Type Enclosures: Flexible material options (cold-rolled steel, Aluzinc, composite panels). High and low voltage switchgear arranged in parallel with clear structural separation, simplifying maintenance and operation. Particularly suitable for outdoor environments such as photovoltaic and wind farms.
Landscape-Type Enclosures: Oil-free, multi-combination, maintenance-free, modular, prefabricated, and environmentally adaptable. Double-layer, sealed, rust-proof materials provide high mechanical strength. Attractive appearance with options for advertising light boxes, artistic styling, etc., blending with surroundings. Modular design allows flexible combination and convenient cable entry/exit.
Energy Storage Containers & Prefabricated Cabins (E-Houses)
Prefabricated cabins feature a compact layout, occupying significantly less land than conventional substations. They are designed to withstand rain, snow, wind-blown sand, dust, salt fog, and impact. All equipment is factory-standardized, with wiring, debugging, and testing completed before shipment – minimizing adverse on-site conditions. Installation is simple and fast, deployable in extreme temperatures, on indoor/outdoor concrete slabs, or rough terrain.
