Description
Traditional transformer tap-changing mechanisms are mechanical in nature, requiring utility personnel to manually adjust the voltage on the transformer’s high-voltage side in response to fluctuations in the 10 kV supply. In contrast, wide-range on-load automatic voltage-regulating transformers upgrade the traditional 3-to-5-tap voltage adjustment capability to a 9-tap system. This expands the voltage regulation range on the high-voltage side from ±5% to ±10%, ensuring that the voltage on the transformer’s low-voltage side remains within acceptable limits—even if the incoming supply voltage on the high-voltage side drops below 9.5 kV. This innovation effectively resolves the seasonal low-voltage issues that typically arise during periods of concentrated winter heating, spring plowing, and summer harvesting.

What shipping methods do you offer?

For bulk orders, sea freight is typically recommended for cost efficiency; for samples or urgent orders, air freight or express delivery can be arranged.
