HDG Transformer Radiators Ship to Client — Kaiyang Electric Delivers on Quality and Schedule

May 2026 | Cangzhou Kaiyang Electric Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the successful completion and dispatch of a production batch of hot-dip galvanized (HDG) transformer radiators, manufactured at our factory and now en route to the client site.Built for Harsh EnvironmentsThis shipment features transformer radiators finished with hot-dip galvanization — a corrosion protection process that bonds a uniform zinc coating to the steel substrate under high-temperature immersion. Compared to standard paint or powder-coat finishes, HDG delivers superior long-term performance in coastal, high-humidity, and chemically aggressive environments, making it the preferred surface treatment for power infrastructure projects across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and tropical regions. Each radiator in this batch is fabricated from DC03 cold-forming low-carbon steel, formed on our high-speed automated production lines and finished to meet IEC 60076 dimensional and pressure requirements. Prior to dispatch, all units underwent full hydrostatic leak testing at 0.05 MPa, with zero defects recorded across the batch.Manufacturing Capability Behind Every ShipmentKaiyang Electric’s transformer radiator division operates dedicated welding lines staffed by certified MIG/MAG and TIG welders. Our production process includes:
Automated tube and header fabrication with consistent weld penetration
Phosphate conversion coating as a pre-treatment base layer
Hot-dip galvanization to ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 standards
100% hydrostatic leak testing before packing
